PVDF Pellet General Descriptions:
1) This particle are used for making PVDF elbows,valves.
2) PVDF in fluorine plastic has the strongest toughness, low friction coefficient,
strong corrosion resistance, ageing resistance, resistance to climate, resistant to
radiation performance is good wait for a characteristic. There are different grades for injection, extrusion and moulding.
1. Packed in plastic drums, and hard circular barrels outside. 25KG per drum.
2. Stored in clean, dry places, and temperature range is 5°C~30°C. Avoid contamination from dust and moisture.

ETFE (Ethylene-Tetrafluoroethylene) fluoroplastic is available as pellets or as powder for rotational molding. ETFE resin combines superior mechanical toughness with an outstanding chemical inertness comparable to that of fluoroplastic resins. ETFE features easy processibility, a specific gravity of 1.7, and high-energy radiation resistance. Most grades are rated for continuous exposure at 150°C based on the 20,000-hr criterion.

Perfluoroalkoxy or PFA material is a premium type of fluoropolymer with PFA plastic which is very similar in composition to the fluoropolymers PTFE and FEP (fluorinated ethylene-propylene). PFA Teflon material and FEP both share PTFE's useful properties of low coefficient of friction and non-reactivity, but are more easily formable. PFA material is softer than PTFE and melts at 305°C. It differs from the PTFE resins in that it is melt-processable using conventional injection molding and screw extrusion techniques. Most Teflon PFA tube and larger plate and rod shapes are custom molded.
