Details:
- FEP (Perfluorinated ethylene-propylene) for molding grade is the copolymer of tetrafluoroethylene (TFE) and hexafluoropropylene (HFP) with excellent thermo-stability, chemical inertness, outstanding electrical insulation, very low friction coefficient, distinctive air aging resistance, vapor penetrating resistance, non-inflammability and superior electrical insulation.
- The thermoplastic process techniques can be used to fabricate useful products from FEP.
Uses:
- FEP material can be widely used in lining, Coating, molding and also as wire and cable in the field of aircraft, spacecraft, communication, computer, electricity instrument, high buildings and high temperature up to 200°C for a long time, etc.

Details:
Perfluoroalkoxy or PFA material is a premium type of fluoropolymer with PFA plastic which is very similar in composition to the fluoropolymers PTFE and FEP (fluorinated ethylene-propylene). PFA Teflon material and FEP both share PTFE's useful properties of low coefficient of friction and non-reactivity, but are more easily formable. PFA material is softer than PTFE and melts at 305°C. It differs from the PTFE resins in that it is melt-processable using conventional injection molding and screw extrusion techniques. Most Teflon PFA tube and larger plate and rod shapes are custom molded.

strong corrosion resistance, ageing resistance, resistance to climate, resistant to
